Today around noon, Alabama’s Governor issued a state wide order directing that certain businesses and service providers close by 5:00 PM on Saturday, March 28 and remain closed through Mid-April in an effort to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. That order applies to entertainment businesses, barbershops, and more. However, grocery and food stores like Capeside Fish Company are excluded from this order and remain open, because food provider like us are an essential service as determined by the United States Department of Homeland Security.

That doesn’t mean that we’re taking this lightly at Capeside – we’re working tirelessly to ensure that we continue to deliver the quality products that you expect in a safe and sanitized environment.
