It’s been a rough week for us all in areas that have been impacted by the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. And in Alabama, we are definitely seeing the impacts of that, with the first confirmed case announced yesterday. But, we can assure you that we are still open for business. And although we pride ourselves on always maintaining a high level of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation throughout our operations, we’re being especially vigilant for the well-being of both our customers and our staff. And we do hope that, if you’re healthy, you will keep any plans to visit us or make some soon! For your own piece of mind, we’d like to share with you some of the extra steps we’re taking to keep up with the precautions as recommended by local, state, and federal health officials: -Fully sanitizing our high-touch areas, including POS systems, laminated and covered menus, stations and countertops, etc using products that meet EPA standards multiple times a day. -Encouraging employees to stay home if they feel sick or fearful to come to work. -As always, providing fully stocked handwashing stations and sanitizer for our employees and customers to clean their hands on a consistent and regular basis. What we ask of you, our beloved customers: -Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly. -Avoid touching your face with your hands. -Stay home if you’re feeling at all sick We’ve also worked out two new deals to help you stay safe and sane during this episode. – a partnership with our friends at GadsdenToGo.com for free delivery until March 20 – new online ordering for to-go orders (launching on Wednesday, March 18) – curbside pickup for any to-go orders. Simply let us know when you place your order and when you arrive, then we’ll bring your order straight to your car. Thanks for asking! Our salmon changes each week, but we generally have Chilean, Alaskan, and Scottish Salmon available. Call the store for the most up to date availability.
