The Wild Lilly providing Po’boy Bread and Desserts from Muscle Shoals

Continuing our tradition of sourcing local wherever possible, Capeside Fish Company is proud to now use The Wild Lilly in Muscle Shoals for all our fresh po’boy bread and many desserts served in our cafe in Rainbow City. With The Wild Lilly being a Capeside Wholesale Customer, it was only natural that we partner to provide their high quality bread and desserts.

The Wild Lilly is owned by Jenifer Rogers. Jenifer was raised in Sheffield, Alabama until she moved to Tuscaloosa to attend to the University of Alabama. After she completed four years, Jenifer moved to Nashville, Tennessee  to attend the Art Institute where graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts Management.

Jenifer has been involved in the hospitality industry since 2002, giving her 13 years experience in multiple roles of restaurants, hotels, and music venues, including catering and management.

Always wanting to return home, Jenifer wanted to start a business doing what she loves in the Quad Cities.
Her passion has led her to owning one of the most well known bakeries in the area, catering, and managing her own restaurant.

While working in Nashville, Jenifer had the opportunity to work with Cassie Campbell.  Learning that Cassie had the same passions for providing excellent customer service, great food, and an inviting atmosphere, Jenifer asked Cassie to relocate to the Shoals area to help her manage the business. Cassie has 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working in restaurants, hotels, and music venues in Nashville.

Not all desserts available in store at all times.
